We take great care to ensure that your orders are packaged securely and shipped promptly. All meals are prepared fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. To guarantee the quality of our products, we use insulated packaging to keep your dog’s meals cool during transit.

Shipping Damage:
If your package arrives damaged, including any bags that are broken or leaking, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or a refund if necessary. To assist with the process, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

Food Items Are Non-Returnable, Exceptions Apply:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds:
